  1. Kiwi marinade: 1 kiwi, 2 onions, 0,5 cups of mineral water.

Grind the kiwi in a blender, finely chop the onion, add to the meat, add mineral water and mix everything well. You can fry in 1-2 hours.

  1. Marinade with wine: 1 glass of wine, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 1-2 onions, 1 lemon, 0,5 tsp. cloves, 0,5 tsp. rosemary, 1 tbsp. oil
