The price of such pumps is low, and their construction is not complicated. Along with advantages, there are also disadvantages. The devices have low power. Therefore, they cannot be used for large depths. Vibrating pumps are characterized by low productivity. In addition, if the walls of the well are not protected, the operation of the vibrating pump can destroy them.

A surface pump differs from submersible equipment not only in terms of where it is located, but also in many other parameters.

Surface-type equipment

For a surface pump, you can build a special platform that will be at the water level. Such devices are usually used in cases of shallow wells. As a rule, it is no more than 8-9 m. At a greater depth, it is necessary to use the second type of pump or one that has an ejector.

In the surface versions, the centrifugal type is mainly used. The main element is a wheel on which there are paddles. Water is pumped out using a hose or pipe lowered into the mine. Similar pumps have the following advantages:
