Polish education is very prestigious in Ukraine, as it meets European standards. That is why many Ukrainians strive to get an education abroad. Of course, in connection with this, they have many questions. We have answered the most popular ones in this article.
Is it expensive to study at a Polish university?
The price of bachelor's studies in Poland for Ukrainians practically the same as in Ukraine, but the quality of education is several times better. Of course, everything depends on the chosen university and even the city of study. For example, in the capital of Poland, Warsaw, getting an education is more expensive than, for example, in Krakow.
Foreigners can choose for themselves both a state university and a private one. In the first case, it is necessary to pay about 2000 euros per hour, and in the second - about 900 euros per hour. The cost of training also varies depending on the specialty. For example, getting an education in the fields of "business" and "logistics" is expensive, about 3000 euros per hour.
In addition, the student must pay a one-time registration fee of 100 euros. This money goes to his registration at the university, his grade and other necessary documents.
Can the university change the tuition fee?
As practice shows, this happens very rarely. Only one case in 15 years is known, when one Polish university increased the cost of education by only 7,5 euros. At the same time, changes in the price were made before the beginning of the recruitment of students for training. It is illegal to increase the cost after the student has signed the contract.
Which university to choose?

What distinctive features does the Polish educational process have?
On a full-time basis, students attend the university not five days in a row, but three or four days. One free day is devoted to self-education (visiting exhibitions, libraries, reading rooms),
implementation of projects and accumulated homework.
Correspondence students study every two weeks on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. On weekends, classes are held from morning to evening, thanks to which extramural students receive all educational material in full and in an expanded form.
In addition to compulsory subjects, students can choose several subjects at their discretion. Therefore, each student has his own individual busy schedule.
