The meaning of this diet is as follows: the first two days of the diet, the amount of carbohydrates in the diet is reduced to 1 gram per kilogram of weight, and the amount of protein increases to 3 grams per kilogram of weight. On the third day, add carbohydrates to 3-4 grams/kg, and reduce proteins to 1,5 grams/kg. Thanks to this method, in the first two days the body uses up its glycogen reserve and begins to produce energy by consuming fat, on the third day we replenish the reserve.
