It happens that sometimes even family and friends do not quite understand why something is changed. Next, the plastic surgeon works on a new elastic breast with a beautiful shape, moving the nipple and areola in the process (by the way, the areola can also be reduced if desired). That is, after the operation, the woman gets not only reduced, but also tightened breasts of the desired shape. Such plastic surgery of the bust can be carried out in different ways. If you only need to slightly reduce the breast, say by 1-2 sizes, two incisions are enough. One of them is circular. It goes directly around the areola of the nipple. The second, vertical — here the nipple descends to the fold under the breast. In this way, no more than 500 cm3 of tissue can be removed. This method of carrying out breast plastic surgery is considered sparing. If the surgeon is faced with the task of removing a larger volume of tissue, an anchor-shaped incision should be made. The ego is made around the areola, then lowered down to the fold, and then passed under the bust. Obviously, this method is more complicated. But on the other hand, it allows the surgeon to get an excellent result, working even with a bust of XXXX size.
Rehabilitation after reduction of mammary glands
Of course, rehabilitation is necessary after plastic surgery for breast reduction. For at least 30 days after the operation, it is recommended to constantly wear elastic compression underwear intended for such cases. For the first month, you should even sleep in this linen. And then – for a few more months – worn only during the day. In addition, doctors recommend forgetting about active loads for a month. Sports and weight lifting are prohibited. You can't do anything complicated around the house either. But it's okay. Rest additionally contributes to beauty. And you can lift a cup of coffee or tea even after the operation. But this is not a very pleasant prohibition: it is also impossible to wash in the shower in most cases (although there are exceptions). But only for a week. Buy special antibacterial wipes and use them for hygienic procedures at this time. Stitches are removed after approximately two weeks, sometimes a few days earlier. You will not see the ideal result right away. Postoperative stitches, to put it mildly, do not look pretty. But this is temporary. They heal completely, as a rule, after a month and a half. Then the seams are almost invisible. But if small scars still remain, they can be smoothed out with the help of a laser. It is only possible to do this after an hour, not earlier. The tissues must first be given time to recover. If the patient diligently follows all the recommendations of the plastic surgeon, then as a result she gets the bust of her dreams - elastic, of the desired shape and size, which does not prevent her from leading an active lifestyle, running marathons, sleeping on her stomach, wearing anything. In a word, to enjoy every day.
