What do customers need to know?
First of all, it is worth noting that when ordering individual solutions, the installation may differ from the standard scheme. It depends on the features of the building, the initial requirements. The building can be either under construction or already erected. In the second case, it is necessary to confirm by experts that the installation of the elevator will not harm the building structures.
The elevator is installed according to the following algorithm:
- After placing the order, analyzing the initial requirements, and creating the project, the elevator equipment is delivered to the facility.
- Installation begins with the dismantling of the old equipment (if any). Installation can be carried out in several ways: element by element, block or tubing. In the first case, the collection takes place gradually, by nodes. The second option involves the installation of blocks with the help of a crane. In the third case, the installation of three-dimensional structures with built-in equipment units takes place.
- Specialists perform construction work, which may include finishing and construction work in the engine room, pit, mine.
- Finishing work in the cabin. At the request of the customer, the optimal materials for the floor, ceiling, and walls are selected. The control panel, lighting is installed. If necessary, video surveillance systems or equipment for air cleaning and air conditioning can be installed.
- Commissioning works. Specialists launch the elevator and check the operation of all systems - fire and security alarms, dispatching, video surveillance, etc.
- Passing a technical inspection and obtaining a certificate that confirms the compliance of the equipment with all safety rules and construction and technical regulations.
