We restore the shape of the breast after childbirth

Breasts are the pride of every woman. It's natural that pregnancy and childbirth can't help but scare you, because we've all heard that "the breast increases, sags, loses its shape, stretch marks appear." It is necessary to be calm about such statements, because:

a) changes may occur, but they do not always occur.

b) with appropriate measures, it is possible to reduce the risk of irreversible changes as much as possible.

If pregnancy does not raise questions (well, where will you go without it?), then the issue of feeding is very acute - often modern women refuse to breastfeed because of the fear that it will spoil the shape of the breast. Of course, it is very important to be sexy, and the birth of a child is not yet a reason to put a cross on your figure, but consider that the threat of breast sagging due to breastfeeding is overblown.

From the first weeks of pregnancy, the breasts may start to hurt, swell, and changes in the appearance of the nipples may occur - as a rule, they become darker and strain. The breast is growing, and it is impossible to wear old bras - remember that the condition of the breast largely depends on how comfortable it is.

A bra, to be exact nursing bra you need to choose the right one - such that the straps are not too narrow, and the lower part of it should not sink into the body. The right bra is one of the guarantees that the chest will not sag and lose its shape. Beautiful thin lace underwear is better left for the postpartum period, and during pregnancy the main condition is comfort. After childbirth, the breast may increase again, this is due to the fact that the woman has milk. In this case, you can buy a special bra for nursing mothers, which differs from the usual one by its opening valve, which allows you to open the breast and feed the baby.

After childbirth, the breast becomes very vulnerable, and it must be taken care of especially carefully. Even before giving birth, it is necessary to harden the chest - take air baths, do cold or cool dousing, wiping with a terry towel. All these procedures help harden the mammary glands, prepare them for breastfeeding, and make the breast firm. A separate problem is the appearance of stretch marks on the chest. In some people, the tendency of the skin to stretch marks is very obvious, in others it is manifested only as a result of pregnancy. In any case, it is necessary to try to maintain the elasticity of the skin by all means, because it is almost impossible to get rid of stretch marks, but it is possible to prevent their appearance. Against stretch marks, you need to use special cosmetics for pregnant women from leading manufacturers (be careful not to use untested cosmetic lines during pregnancy), and also eat as much vegetables, fruits and juices as possible. In combination with some exercises for the chest, these measures will be more effective.

The shape of the chest will be perfectly supported by swimming and rowing, which will allow you to strengthen the muscles that support the chest. Do not be upset if there are no results right away, for some reason it happened that for noticeable results in returning the breast to its former elasticity, you need to work carefully and a lot. Exercises with dumbbells are the most effective for the bust. Dumbbells should not be too heavy - it is enough if they weigh about 2 kg. The following exercises can be performed:

Get on your knees, put one leg forward, press your hands with dumbbells to your chest, then spread them to the sides. Stand up straight, squeeze your legs at the knees, raise your hands with dumbbells up, and then freely "drop" Stand up, spread your legs wider than your shoulders, push your hands with dumbbells forward, and then bring them to your chest and stretch them out again. In a lying position, slightly bend your legs at the knees, raise your hands with dumbbells so that they are perpendicular to the floor. Stand up, spread your legs shoulder-width apart and alternately bend one arm, then the other, at the elbow.

Do not forget about care - after giving birth, it is best to wash the breasts with warm boiled water, you can also use chamomile infusion. It is worth taking a warm shower in the morning and in the evening, thoroughly washing each breast and massaging it with soft movements - this will help to avoid hardening of the breast and stagnation of milk. After feeding, take air baths - this is very useful for the breast. The duration of the air bath can be 15-20 minutes, only if you do it in the open air, then make sure that the chest does not get exposed to the sun's rays. When treating your breasts during pregnancy, don't forget about your nipples - wash them, rub them with a towel.

These measures will protect the nipples from cracks - a very popular problem among nursing mothers. If cracks still formed, they can be lubricated with vegetable oils.

Gymnastics, hardening and proper nutrition are the components that will allow your breasts to remain beautiful.
