Some of the categories of citizens are also interested in removing a similar apartment from the housing stock with its subsequent use as an office or shop. But one should not forget that any redevelopment, even one that does not contradict any of the legislative acts, must be legalized in the established order, i.e. the redevelopment must be legalized. And in that case, if this condition is not fulfilled, then the rearrangement will be considered illegal, and, in turn, the owner of the premises will have big problems.
