One of the most unusual novelties of the year was the Yoga Book model presented at the IFA 2016 exhibition. At first glance, it looks more like an ultrabook, but the manufacturers themselves refer to it as a tablet. The design of the model consists of a screen part and a base. They are connected by a non-separable hinge mechanism that allows you to bend the screen to any angle. The device weighs only 690 g with a diagonal of 10,1″.
However, there is no keyboard as such. Instead, there is a touch panel that supports different ways of entering data. If necessary, a keyboard with a touchpad is displayed on it, which reacts to the intensity of pressing. You can also work with it using a stylus, which is convenient for creating notes or drawings.
In September, the expected update of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet series appeared. The model is called Yoga Tab 3 Plus. Externally, the novelty is similar to the previous devices: the key feature of the series has been preserved — a stand with several fixed positions.
It is possible to expect that all these novelties will soon appear in domestic stores. At least the devices introduced about six months ago are already available to Ukrainian buyers. Among them, it is possible to note the latest updates of the A series, that is, devices of the middle price segment running the Android system. These are models of the Tab3 family from the MWC 2016 exhibition. These include devices with 7-, 8- and 10-inch screens running on Android 6.0.
