The Ukrainian real estate portal Mesto.ua continues to expand the possibilities of the Mesto School educational project. Now even more professional secrets are available to Ukrainian realtors, presented on the site in the form of free webinars and informative articles.
В апреле 2015 года Mesto.ua launched a free educational project for realtors on the site. For a year and a half, a team of business trainers and sales specialists conducted 25 training seminars in most cities of Ukraine. The training program helped realtors and real estate agencies from different parts of the country expand their client base and raise their professional level.
At the "Complex Sales Model" seminar, held in 12 cities, the participants of the event received useful information and saw practical examples of using the consumer behavior model in the work of a realtor. The listeners learned the formula for creating an advertising message, the reasons for the premature loss of a client, and the methods of consistently influencing him to make a purchase.
The educational program of the portal also included the seminars "Neuromarketing in the work of a realtor" and "Image of a successful realtor".
In the Mesto School section webinars are also held, which are conducted by experienced realtors, managers of real estate centers, bloggers and business trainers. Video lessons are available to users of the portal free of charge.
Topics relevant to most agents are discussed at the webinars:
- sales theory;
- justification of the realtor's commission;
- nuances of holding a down payment;
- the practice of using exclusive contracts at work;
- work with objections, etc.
