Within the framework of PMEF "2018, the head of the company Vladimir Uzun signed agreements on cooperation with the leaders of a number of regions of the country.

JSC "Prosveschenie" - the largest educational integrator in Russia - took on the system-forming mission to modernize regional education in the country. His main task is to help Russian schools implement the most modern educational technologies, share his many years of experience in the development of teaching methods, and standardize the process of assessing student achievement. As part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF" 2018), which took place the day before, the president of JSC Publishing house "Education" Vladimir Uzun signed several agreements on cooperation with representatives of the Samara, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Murmansk, Sakhalin and Primorsky regions.



Samara Oblast was represented at PMEF 2018 by acting governor Dmitry Azarov. He signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of educational development with JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie". The document is aimed at improving the quality of teaching in primary and secondary schools of the region. In particular, the document will provide modern conditions for training, a developed and achieved assessment system, and will also form a unified educational space.



‚The agreement will create additional conditions for improving the quality of education in the territory of the Samara region. We all understand that the main potential of any region is educated and qualified specialists in their fields. The general level of education is always important for the creation of an ecosystem of the knowledge economy, and I am sure that the agreement signed today will contribute to this, and the results will not be long in coming, - explained Dmitry Azarov.

Governor Oleh Kozhemyako became the signatory of the agreement with JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie" on behalf of the Sakhalin region. This document is also aimed at improving the quality of educational services and forming a unified educational space in the region. As an official start of work, the president of JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie" Vladimir Uzun offered the Sakhalin region a ready-made educational complex, which includes IT platforms and services, high-tech equipment, methodical support, training programs for teachers and heads of educational organizations.

"Education" started projects of globalization of education from this region. Sakhalin is the first region where we started training teachers and who followed the path of combining secondary, general and senior professional education. Here, for the first time, the goal was set - to teach children and prepare them for universities to work in their region. Therefore, the signed agreement is a motivation for us to further develop the modernization of the regional education system. And the next step is the creation of a network of effective schools in the Sakhalin region," shared Vladimir Uzun.

An agreement on the exchange of educational materials and electronic data arrays was also signed between JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie" and the Ryazan Region. "The signed agreement guarantees us long-term cooperation, first of all, in the implementation of educational programs. In the near future, we will develop the exchange of digital data arrays. Of course, important components are also recognized textbooks, teaching teachers — all for the benefit of children. I am sure that the signed agreement will be the basis for the next steps of our cooperation for the Ryazan region," explained the governor of the Ryazan region Nikolai Lyubimov in more detail.

A new stage of cooperation has begun between JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie" and the Nizhny Novgorod region. An agreement on the start of the implementation of the "Digital Format Schools" project was concluded with Governor Gleb Nikitin. "Bolshoy opyt raboty 'Prosvescheniya', understanding of the best practices of other subjects of the Federation will allow us to avoid mistakes and solve the tasks facing the region as effectively as possible. The most important of these tasks is to improve the quality and availability of education, which, ultimately, will lead to the provision of comfort and the growth of the well-being of the residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region," shared Gleb Nikitin.

The Murmansk region also signed an agreement with JSC "Izdatelstvo Prosveschenie". Marina Kovtun, governor of the Murmansk region, told about this: "The role of education in modern life is difficult to overestimate." Therefore, for the education system of the Murmansk region, it is very important to cooperate with partners aimed at achieving concrete results. This is precisely the kind of cooperation we have established with the "Prosveschenie" group of companies. In particular, we managed to reformat the regional system of secondary professional education, aiming it at the needs of the economy and prospective development of the region. By signing an agreement with "Enlightenment" at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, we are expanding the scope of our cooperation and thereby increasing the region's opportunities."

New perspectives in the implementation of joint projects opened up with the signing of an agreement between JSC "Izdatelsto Prosveschenie" and the Primorsky Krai. Andrey Tarasenko, acting governor of the Primorsky Krai, called the document a priority for the development of education in the region. "Primorsky Krai is one of the key regions for 'Enlightenment'. I hope that within the framework of the signed agreement, we will be able to achieve better results in the education of schoolchildren in the region. The first direction will be the training of teachers, and the second will be the equipping of schools with modern technological equipment for effective preparation of students for admission to higher education institutions and for work in their own region," said Vladimir Uzun. Educational institutions of the Primorsky Krai will also be given high-tech training tools and methodical manuals.
