Hosting provider hvosting.ua intends to manage resources, contact database and calculations using CRM OneBox. The final transition to using the program is planned for the end of May 2017.
The entire billing system of the Hvosting company will be built on the basis of OneBox, including orders and tariff plans. Managers will issue invoices and process payments in one program.
A new, modern client's account will be available here, in which the subscriber will be able to see the balance on the account and the status of services at any time, as well as be able to manage them online. The entire system of tickets and customer inquiries will be built on the basis of OneBox.
"For us, OneBox is a system for managing everything: contact groups, payments, domains, hosting and vps servers," says Alena Kravchenko, Hvosting employee.
