Hydrangea is a true queen among flower beds and flowering gardens. It adorns any place. However, hydrangea can upset flower growers with dried leaves. This can especially happen suddenly in the summer, in June. This situation indicates that the plant may lack something. After all, there may be an excess of fertilizers or watering.
What to do with hydrangea
The first and most common reason for changes is lighting. The fact is that these flowers prefer places without excess sunlight. With constant sun, the leaves really start to dry out. You need to choose places for planting where there is shade in the morning and rays in the afternoon.
Pay attention to the acidity of the soil. You can measure it with a special measuring device. If the soil has a low level of acidity, then after heavy rains, yellowing of the leaves is considered a common occurrence. In this case, have a spray preparation based on iron chelate ready.
Next, you need to acidify the soil. To do this, take sulfuric acid and dilute it with electrolyte to a pH of 4. Additionally, it is recommended to introduce mycorrhiza under the root. Such measures will make it possible to solve the problem of yellowing and drying of the leaves.
