There is another way to cook zucchini, which will allow you to prepare an incredibly delicious dish. This is to bake them in the oven. Firstly, this will allow you to preserve all the vitamins. And secondly, when cooking in the oven, the zucchini will not turn out to be fatty.

So, the cooking method:

  1. Zucchini should be washed and dried.
  2. Then cut them into medium-sized rings. The thickness of the piece should be 6-7 mm.
  3. After that, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the zucchini.
  4. We “arm” ourselves with a pastry brush and grease the zucchini with any vegetable oil.
  5. Sprinkle salt on top and add your favorite spices.
  6. You can also add a small amount of aromatic herbs with chopped garlic.
  7. To make the dish more elegant, sprinkle the vegetables with grated cheese.
