
It is easy to prepare aromatic and juicy fish cutlets with gravy, it can turn out to be a healthy dish that can be eaten with or without a side dish. Cutlets are tender, keep their shape and have a great gravy after stewing.
Ingredients:
- Fish fillet - 500 g.
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream - 1 Art. l
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Water - 250 ml.
- Breadcrumbs - 30 g.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Peeled carrots should be grated, and onions should be cut into cubes.
Grind sea fish fillets, for example hake, in a blender, mix with potato starch, sour cream, onions and carrots, salt and pepper. Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix tomato paste with water, pour over the cutlets and stew them for 5 minutes under the lid. The fish cutlets are ready and can be served with a side dish, especially delicious with rice porridge or pasta.
