
In order to feel the delicate chocolate-nut flavor of the beloved "Nutella", it is not necessary to go to the store for pasta.
Dessert can be prepared with your own hands from available ingredients.

It is much more profitable and safer to prepare Nutella at home, because you choose high-quality products for it, without using any additional emulsifiers or preservatives.
For this you will need:
- 2 eggs;
- 750 g of sugar;
- 4 tablespoons of flour;
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
- 250 g of walnuts (can be replaced with peanuts or hazelnuts);
- 1 teaspoon of butter;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 500 ml of milk.
First, break the eggs into the bowl of a blender, add sugar to them and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
After that, while constantly stirring, gradually add flour, and then cocoa.
Peeled nuts should also be crushed using a blender and added to the egg mixture.
Send the butter and vanilla here. After the mass is mixed, pour in the milk and mix again until smooth.
The pasta is almost ready - it remains to move the container with the future "Nutella" to a small fire and when it boils, cook for 20 minutes, stirring carefully so that it does not burn.
Pour the finished dessert into small jars and, as it cools down, leave it on the refrigerator shelf for 1 hour.
