Macaroni or pasta - you can call it whatever you like. Regardless of this, the taste will be unsurpassed. This dish is wonderful because the pasta is always combined with mushrooms and cream in a perfect composition.
Ingredients
You will need the following:
- pasta - 200 g;
- chanterelles - 700 g;
- cream (15%) - 150 ml;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- oil for frying;
- greenery;
- cheese (hard variety);
- salt, spices.
How to cook
Start by boiling the pasta in salted water. Clean and wash the mushrooms thoroughly. If there are large ones, cut them. Fry them in a pan with oil for 5 minutes. Chop the onion and add to the mushrooms. Fry for another 5 minutes and pour in the cream. Stew everything together for another 10 minutes.
When the main mushroom sauce is ready, transfer the pasta to it. But keep it on the fire for a few more minutes. Of course, before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
