Details

For cooking, take:

1 kg of pumpkin (ripe and sweet)

100 ml of cream (10% fat)

100 g orange

500 ml water

oil for baking

spices, salt - to taste

The pumpkin should be peeled, cut into cubes, and placed in a baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with oil, preferably olive, add your favorite spices and herbs.

Cover the form with foil and bake until soft at a temperature of 170-180 degrees (30-40 minutes).

Transfer the finished pumpkin to a blender bowl, add boiling water. Put on fire, add cream and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

At the end, add fresh juice from half an orange, mix. If desired, you can decorate with sesame or pumpkin seeds.
