How experienced summer residents use nettle “fertilization”

Nettle is a valuable fertilizer that can be used on a large scale without spending a penny of your own money.

Nettle-based fertilizer is especially useful for tomatoes.

With the help of nettle feeding, the bushes of this vegetable will receive the necessary amount of nitrogen and begin to grow actively.

To prepare an unusual fertilizer, you should mow the nettles until the seeds appear on them.

Finely chop the grass and fill the bucket two-thirds full with it, then add a third of a bucket of water.

Leave this mixture to infuse for three days. To speed up the process, you can add a packet of dry yeast. Then the infusion will be ready in 1,5-2 days.

After the top dressing is ready, dilute the solution in a ratio of 1 to 10. This top dressing is suitable for watering at the rate of one liter per bush.

If you plan to spray tomatoes, the proportion should be changed slightly: dilute the infusion with water in a ratio of 1 to 20.
