It happens, you're sitting quietly, not bothering anyone, and suddenly there's a knock on the door. Guests! Well, you need to urgently come up with something for tea. There's no time to run to the store, and you don't really want to. But an apple pie in a pan is a real lifesaver. It's prepared in a few minutes, it turns out delicious and aromatic, and most importantly - no oven!
Ingredients:
- apples – 400-500 g (this is about 2-3 pieces)
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - 15 g
- flour - 120 g
- baking powder – 0,5 tsp (optional)
- butter – for greasing the pan
- parchment – so nothing sticks
Method of cooking:
First, prepare the apples. You can peel them or leave them with the skin if they are young. Cut them into thin slices or cubes. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. A mixer is not required here - you can quickly do this with a regular whisk. The main thing is that the mass becomes light and slightly fluffy.

Add vanilla sugar, gradually add flour and, if using, baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The dough should be quite liquid, like for pancakes.
Heat a pan, line it with parchment paper and grease it with butter (this will make it easier to turn the cake over). Spread the apples in an even layer and then pour the batter.
Cook under the lid on low heat for about 20-25 minutes. From time to time, you can look to see if it is burning. Check the readiness with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, then everything is fine. If you want to get a golden crust on both sides, you can carefully turn the pie over with a plate and fry for another 3-5 minutes.

The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or berry jam - it will be even tastier. It turns out soft, tender, and most importantly - it is prepared quickly, from simple ingredients that are almost always at home.
