Ukrainian chef and judge of "MasterChef" on STB Olga Martynovska, in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Ramina Eshakzai, which was published on YouTube on March 8, told why the school menu program by Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko faced condemnation.

Martynovska noted that she understands Klopotenko's criticism of the menu.

“Because it’s the way I don’t like it – half-done. I mean, changing the school meal system – it was and remains a wonderful initiative, an idea, a necessity,” she said.

The “MasterChef” judge said she saw the technological menu cards.

"They are not just imperfect - they are written on the knee, by hand. This is a topic that is understudied, underdeveloped from all sides - from the chef's side, the cook's side, from the state side - how to properly integrate, introduce, equip it," Martynovska added.
