The military used a drone to evacuate civilians from the ground. The special operation included taking people through dangerous mined areas.

This is reported by the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo.

In Chasovy Yar, soldiers of the 24th King Danylo Motorized Rifle Brigade conducted a special operation to evacuate civilians. During a combat sortie, pilots of the mechanized battalion discovered a Russian occupier who was trying to reach another Russian assault group.

FPV drones began to attack the occupant, but the Russian hid in the basement, where two local residents were.

The soldiers were preparing to hit the basement with a landmine, but at the last moment a woman and a man emerged from the ruins.

“The fighters could not continue their work and sent a drone with a loudspeaker to the scene to give instructions to civilians,” the military explained.

The drone carried a woman and a man through minefields, feral animals, and the threat of enemy attacks as they walked more than five miles to the 24th Brigade infantry positions.
