Ingredients:
- butter - 130 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- salt - 1/3 teaspoon;
- Honey - 100 g;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- flour – 300-350 g.
For sour cream:
- sour cream 15-25% - 500 g;
- powdered sugar – 5-6 tbsp. l.;
- citric acid - 1/4 tsp.
Step by step preparation
Put butter in a container, pour in eggs, add honey and salt.
The ingredients are heated in a water bath until the butter is completely dissolved. Then the baking soda is added and the ingredients are mixed.
When the mixture starts to foam, add flour (200 g) and mix. Then remove from heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Then add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
The dough should not be too liquid, but you should not overdo it with flour. Sprinkle the table with a little flour, put the dough and divide it into 8 parts. Roll the ball to the diameter of the frying pan and fry on both sides under the lid until golden brown.
Cut the cooked cake immediately while it is hot. Use a blender to turn the cut pieces into crumbs and fry until golden brown in a pan.
Prepare the cream: mix sour cream and sugar. Mix the ingredients, but do not beat, as the cream will be too liquid.
In the finale, the cake is assembled: the cakes are placed and greased with cream.
