Since potatoes remain the unchanging queen of the festive table, we suggest not to forget and cook them baked with meat in pots.
Potatoes stewed with sour cream with meat is an excellent option both for every day and for the festive table.
To begin with, you need to wash 500 g of chicken fillet well (you can take the flesh of the thigh, it will be juicier), dry it and cut it into small pieces.
You will also need 1-2 onions, which should be peeled and cut into half rings.
Mushrooms will help make the dish even tastier - you can add about 200 g of mushrooms, which must also be washed and cut into thin slices.
On a heated pan greased with oil, put onions and stew for 1-2 minutes, then add mushrooms and stew for another 3-4 minutes. It is also better to fry the chicken.
Potatoes (and you will need 4-6 tubers) during this time must be cleaned and boiled, then cut into cubes of arbitrary size and placed in pots.
The next layer should consist of meat, then mushrooms and onions. Add a little water and a spoonful of sour cream to each pot, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
It remains to place the pots in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until fully cooked.
