Bagels with jam – I have a quick and easy recipe for you! I only used three ingredients for the dough and jam. A minimum of time and effort. The perfect treat for tea!
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter margarine
- sour cream 200 g
- 400 g flour
- thick jam 300-400 g
- powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation:
I mix soft margarine with sour cream.
I add flour and knead the dough. I divide it into 2 parts.
I roll each part into a round layer, cut into triangles, spread jam, and twist into bagels.
I spread the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment. I bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
I decorate with powdered sugar, delicious!
