I add just 1 secret ingredient and the dough turns out so soft and fluffy! Today I'll share my favorite recipe!
Ingredients:
- 300 ml sparkling water (secret ingredient)
- 200 g sugar
- dry yeast 5 g
- 1 egg pieces.
- melted butter 50 g
- 550 g flour
- a pinch of salt
- cottage cheese with chocolate (or other favorite filling)
- 1 egg yolk for greasing
Streusel crumb:
- flour 2 tbsp. l.
- butter 20 g
- sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
I pour soda water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, mix well. I add an egg, pour in melted butter and mix well.
I add the flour and salt, knead the dough with my hands. I transfer the dough to a bowl and cover it with cling film or a lid and leave it for 30 minutes.
I divide the dough into 2 parts, then into pieces, form 11 balls, cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
Then I roll out the balls into oval cakes, fold them in half and spread the filling on one side. I twist them into triangles.
I spread the triangles in a circle in a round baking dish. I let them rest for 20 minutes. I brush them with beaten egg yolk.
Streusel crumb:
In a bowl, I mix the flour with butter and sugar with my hands until it resembles crumbs. I sprinkle the cake with these crumbs. I bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Bon appetit!
