You will need products for the base and for the filling. So, to prepare the base, you will need 120 g of flour and 100 g of chilled butter.
The filling is prepared from the following products:
- sour milk cheese - 400 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 60 g;
- vanillin - a pinch.
How to cook
At the first stage, we make the foundation. It is necessary to combine cold butter with flour. To make it easier, you should grate it. Mix everything and form a layer. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in the refrigerator.
Now we make the filling. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add sugar gradually. Then add sour milk cheese, vanillin to the mass and mix everything once more. Do it with a fork. The fewer lumps remain, the better.
Line the form with parchment paper. Lay out the base, which has been in the refrigerator until now. Spread it over the entire surface. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
