- carrots - 200 g;
- oat flakes - 90 g;
- baking powder - 4 g;
- cocoa - 20 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sweetener to taste.
For the glaze: milk 50 ml, dark chocolate 30 g.
How to cook
Grind the oatmeal into flour. Grind the carrot in a blender or grate it on a fine grater.
Beat eggs with sugar or sweetener to taste. Add carrots, cooked oatmeal, cocoa and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a mold. You can bake in the oven or in the microwave. In the first case, check readiness with a wooden skewer. Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes at a power of 600w. In any case, readiness must be controlled.
