How to fertilize a rose with coffee grounds
The reason is simple: coffee grounds contain nitrogen, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants, which act as growth stimulants and protect plants from diseases. In order for the grounds not to harm roses, they need to be prepared. Fresh coffee grounds are highly acidic, so they need to be washed with water to remove caffeine residues. Then the grounds need to be dried.

The next step is to mix the slurry with the soil near the roots or sprinkle it in a thin layer around the stem. This will improve the structure of the area and also attract earthworms.
