My best homemade cookies, always delighted with their taste and preparation, you can't think of an easier way! Perfect for tea!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- boiled yolk - 3 pc.
- sugar - 20 g
- salt - a pinch
- cream - 100 g
- butter - 100 g
- flour - 240 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- vanillin - a pinch
Glaze:
- sugar - 100 g
- butter - 30 g
- cream - 30 ml
- corn sticks – 40 g
- coconut shavings - 20 g
Preparation:
Dough:
I knead the boiled yolks until they are fine crumbs. I pour sugar and salt into the yolks, add cold sour cream and softened butter, mix thoroughly. I pour flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla into the mixture in parts. I knead the dough for no more than 2 minutes after adding all the loose products.
I line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form small balls from the dough.
I put the balls on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Glaze:
I put sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan. I heat the ingredients, bring to a boil, mix. Then the glaze needs to cool. I dip the top of the cookies in the glaze.
I crush the corn sticks into crumbs, mix them with coconut flakes. Now I dip the cookies in the coconut flakes and corn stick mixture.
You need to give the cookies 15 minutes to let the glaze harden. Fragile and tender, sweet homemade cookies are ready!
