Ingredients
You need the following:
- chicken broth - 3 glasses;
- squid - 250 g;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- processed cheese - 50 g;
- dill, parsley, celery;
- ground white pepper.
How to cook
Peel the carrots and peppers. Cut everything into strips and fry in hot olive oil for 2 minutes. Pour in ¼ cup of broth. Stew over low heat until the vegetables are soft.
Pour boiling water over the squid and clean them. Wash thoroughly and cut into thin strips. Put them next to the peppers, add chopped greens. Simmer everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the remaining broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Dissolve the processed cheese in it. Then put squid with vegetables to it. Add salt, ground black and white pepper and cook the soup for another 2-3 minutes. If you have shrimp, you can put it.
