I spend very little time on the most delicious dinner! I also use very few ingredients, everyone is delighted with these cutlets!
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sweet paprika - 2 tsp.
- ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- parsley - 1 bunch
Preparation:
I peel the potatoes, boil them until tender for 15 minutes. I grate the cooled potatoes on large grater teeth. I add salt, sweet paprika, ground black pepper and flour to the potato mass. I finely chop the parsley, add it to the potatoes, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
I form small cutlets from the potato mixture.
I heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the potato cutlets until golden brown. I transfer the cutlets to a paper towel, getting rid of excess fat.
The resulting potato cutlets look like dumplings, very tasty!
