The consequences of the strike on the Moscow region on March 11
The Russians complain that they have survived the largest attack this year. The Ukrainian Armed Forces were allegedly attacked by a swarm of Lyuty-type drones.
First details
At around 1 a.m., the first batch of drones attacked Kursk and Kurchatovo, hostile publics wrote. Local residents confirmed on social media that they heard at least five explosions.
Soon, explosions also sounded in the sky over Ryazan. Locals reported at least 10 arrivals. They caused walls and windows in houses to shake, and alarms near cars to go off, Russians complain.
A little later, reports appeared about air defense operations in the Lipetsk, Bryansk, and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation. At around five in the morning, drones flew into the Ramensky district of the Moscow region.
At 4:49 a.m., the "Carpet" plan was implemented at Moscow's Zhukovsky Airport. It was followed by Domodedovo, Nizhny Novgorod's Strigino, and Sheremetyevo.
It is reported that in general, the drone danger was declared in the Kursk, Belgorod, Oryol, Lipetsk, Bryansk, Ryazan, and Moscow regions.
Russian media said that the main blow fell on Moscow and claimed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly attacked the Russian capital with a swarm of Lyuty-type drones.
Consequences of the attack
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that 73 UAVs were allegedly shot down in the region overnight. The effects of the strike are being recorded in a number of settlements in the Moscow region. In particular, in Ramenskoye and Vidnoye, drones hit high-rise buildings.
In Domodedovo, a parking lot of an industrial enterprise burned down and railway tracks were damaged, as a result of which traffic on this branch was suspended.
In Serpukhov, near Moscow, drones hit an oil depot, which caused fuel and lubricants to catch fire.
In the Oryol region, the Steel Horse oil depot was allegedly hit again.
In other regions, propagandists do not disclose information, but they claim that after a massive drone attack in the Moscow suburbs of Vienna, Ramenskoye, and Domodedovo, 20 people were injured and two more men died. They allegedly received fatal injuries because they were smoking on the street during the attack, social media reports say.
