American billionaire and ally of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, appeared in Congress during the US President's speech. Musk showed ignorance of the rules in the conference room and began filming guests gathered in Congress on his phone.

According to the British newspaper Daily Mail, members of the president's cabinet were invited to attend Trump's speech to Congress, including the head of the US Department of Government Efficiency, Elon Musk. Musk was given one of the best seats during Trump's speech and sat next to the new FBI Director, Kesh Patel, and the American president's sons.
When Musk entered the hall, the assembled guests greeted him with applause. However, journalists noticed that the billionaire almost immediately took out his phone and began filming the audience. His behavior was quickly stopped by one of the police officers who explained to Musk that phones were not allowed in the hall. After that, the billionaire put the phone away and continued listening to Trump's speech.
