In addition, the necessary hygienic conditions are not observed at every production, so there is a risk of infection with various microorganisms, such as salmonella, bacillus cereus.
Particles of ice on an ice cream package can tell you that it has already melted and refrozen, so it is a favorable environment for the growth of bacteria. Such ice cream should be treated with special care, Akcheken explained.
She added that people who do not have health problems can eat a few balls of ice cream 2-3 times a week, and those who have decided to lose extra pounds can eat two balls of this dessert once a week.
