Violets need balanced nutrition for normal development.
How to feed violets for growth and development
Violet needs the following elements:
- nitrogen - for the green color of the leaves, the growth of greenery, lush flowering;
- phosphorus - participates in the formation of buds and the growth of roots;
- potassium - supports flowering, helps absorb water and nutrition.
Violets are fed 2-3 times a month during the flowering period, in the heat, feeding should be abandoned.
Yeast can be used as a top dressing, which saturates the flower with useful substances.
To prepare the solution, take 2 g of dry yeast and dilute it in 200 ml of warm water.
Add 0,5 g of ascorbic acid and 5 g of sugar to the resulting solution. The finished solution is diluted with water to 2 liters and left to infuse for several hours.
We fertilize violets with this solution once every 1 days in the summer. Violets gladly accept useful fertilizer and will bloom lushly for a long time.
