Ingredients:

  • 1 bulb
  • 500 g minced meat (I used chicken)
  • salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • greens (I have parsley)

Sauce:

  • 2 century. l. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • 8 circles of pita bread (18 cm diameter)

Preparation:

I heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown. I add the minced meat, mix. I add salt, pepper, paprika, and dried garlic to taste. Then I add the diced tomatoes, mix.

Sauce:

I mix sour cream with eggs and salt.

I spread the sauce on one side of the pita bread and put the filling in there.
