Ingredients:
- 1 bulb
- 500 g minced meat (I used chicken)
- salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic to taste
- 1 tomato
- greens (I have parsley)
Sauce:
- 2 century. l. sour cream
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- 8 circles of pita bread (18 cm diameter)
Preparation:
I heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown. I add the minced meat, mix. I add salt, pepper, paprika, and dried garlic to taste. Then I add the diced tomatoes, mix.
At the end, I add the greens and mix.
Sauce:
I mix sour cream with eggs and salt.
I spread the sauce on one side of the pita bread and put the filling in there.
I fold the pita bread in half, glue it with sauce and place it on a baking sheet greased with oil. I grease the pita bread with more sauce on top. I send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
