What else is known

The Ministry of Internal Affairs warns that the new rules will come into effect on March 11.

Registration for services will be open three weeks in advance. Registration for services to be held on March 18 began on February 11.

Pre-registration is available for the following services:

  • theoretical exam;
  • practical exam;
  • vehicle registration;
  • driver's license exchange/international driver's license.

In order not to interrupt the service process, during the transition period both "E-registration" systems will operate in parallel. In the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where the new system is being implemented, registration will be carried out as follows:

  • until March 11 - through the old "E-registration" system;
  • from March 11 - through the new "E-registration" system.
