If you want exactly fritters, and not flat cakes, then pay attention to kefir or sour milk. Grandmothers know how to make their grandchildren happy. And so that the grandchildren (and not only) are really happy, take hot kefir to knead the dough according to this recipe.
For cooking you need:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 Art. l. sugar;
- 500 ml of kefir;
- 500 g of flour;
- ½ tsp. baking powder
How to cook
First of all, heat the kefir, but do not bring it to a boil - otherwise it will curdle, and then there is no point in cooking.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix chicken eggs with sugar. This can be done both with a whisk and a fork, and with a mixer. The latter must first be turned on at minimum speed, gradually increasing the speed. When ready, pour heated kefir into the egg mixture.
Further:
- You need to mix flour with baking powder and sift the resulting mixture in small portions.
- If you use baking soda instead of baking powder, you don't need to extinguish it with vinegar.
- Knead the dough to a homogeneous mass and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- All that remains is to heat up the pan and you can bake ruddy pancakes.
Serve to the table depending on taste preferences.
