Grease the fillet on all sides, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
After that, take the foil, fold it twice and lay out the fillet. Add the remaining marinade to the meat so that it does not leak, make a side.
Close the meat tightly and send it to the oven for 45 minutes, temperature 180-185 degrees.
The meat will be juicy, the fibers will melt in your mouth, and if you like the crust, open the top layer of foil 5 minutes before turning off the oven. However, no longer than 5 minutes, so that the juice does not evaporate from the fillet.
