Sometimes cutlets even from the best and freshest meat turn out to be dry and tough. Choosing good meat or ready minced meat is half the battle. To make the perfect patties, you need to follow the right recipe.
Details
According to this recipe, cutlets always turn out "correct" - lush, juicy, soft and tender. And the whole secret is in one ingredient – oatmeal. Previously, they were always added to meatballs, but modern housewives ignore this ingredient in meatballs for nothing.
It is thanks to the flakes that the cutlets turn out to be more magnificent and juicier than ordinary ones.
Preparation
Half a glass of flakes should be soaked in milk for 15-20 minutes so that they swell.
Then the flakes are mixed with minced meat, lightly fried in onion oil, salted and peppered.
You don't need a loaf in these cutlets. Mix the cutlet mass well and form meat balls.
Fry for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat, and then simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid until ready. Bon appetit!
