Ingredients
The following components are required for preparation:
- juicy pears - 900 g;
- granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- white breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons;
- pancake flour - 2 tablespoons;
- walnuts - 120 g;
- milk - 0,5 glasses;
- chicken egg - 3 pc.;
- refined vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- sweet fruit sauce.
How to cook
Pears should be washed, peeled and cored. Grind the peeled fruits. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and breadcrumbs. Add chopped nuts and pancake flour. Mix everything.
In a separate container, combine chicken eggs with milk. Beat with a mixer. Then add pears to the egg-milk mixture.
Grease the casserole dish with oil. Pour the prepared mixture into it and bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
