Carrot casserole is quite an interesting dish that you should try to cook. Potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini are usually used for it. But they do not cook with carrots, as a monocomponent. Choose high-quality, juicy and sweet-tasting root vegetables for the casserole, so that the dish turns out perfectly cooked.

You will need to prepare several ingredients:

How to cook

Carrots should be boiled in salted water, and then grated on a vegetable grater with straws. Meanwhile, cut off the hard edges of the bread, if any, and cover with milk.
