- warm water - 340 ml;
- yeast - 9 g;
- sugar - 9 g;
- salt - 8 gr.
How to cook
Sift the flour so that it is enriched with oxygen. Put sugar, salt and yeast (dry) in it. Mix thoroughly. Pour warm water. Now knead the sticky dough. This can be done with a spoon.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest. Put on the table. Dust with flour and fold it 7 times. Then form a layer. Cut the top with a knife.
