When preparing such pancakes, housewives have to take into account a lot of subtleties and details, because otherwise the dish will not turn out. However, there is a simple recipe that cannot be forgotten, because all the ingredients must be added in the same amount.
What products need to be prepared
- a glass of milk, tested flour of the highest grade and kefir with any percentage of fat;
- sugar and vegetable oil (one big spoon each);
- one egg;
- soda (a small spoon);
- salt (on the tip of a knife).
How to cook
The flour is pre-sifted and immediately goes into the container for working with the dough. Together with it, add salt, a spoonful of sugar and a chicken egg, bring to a homogeneous state. Then you need to pour kefir, do not forget about soda and mix everything well.
Assess the quality of the dough so that there are no lumps.
Next, other components are introduced (butter with milk). We are actively working with a whisk again.
Some cooks recommend first mixing soda with kefir and then adding it to the dough. In fact, there is no fundamental difference.
After that, we start frying pancakes in a heated cast iron pan with oil.
