  • canned green peas – 300 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • flour - 3 tablespoon;
  • meat broth – 1 liter and 250 ml;
  • processed cheese – 2 pcs;

To make meatballs you will need the following ingredients:

  • minced beef - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt - ¼ tsp;
  • pepper - a pinch;
  • nutmeg – a pinch.
  • egg - 1 pc.

How to make soup

Prepare the meatballs. Chop the onion and add to the minced meat with the egg, pepper and nutmeg. Add salt to taste. Form small balls from this mass.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the flour. Stir constantly, fry and add a little broth. The mass should boil. Add the canned peas and marinade to the sauce in the pan. Cook everything together for 5-7 minutes.
