The following products are needed for cooking:
- pumpkin - 500 g;
- broth - 800 g;
- butter - 1 tablespoon;
- onion - 2 pc.;
- garlic - 3 clove;
- lemon peels from 3 circles;
- bay leaves - 1 pcs.;
- marjoram - 0,5 tsp;
- salt pepper.
How to make soup
Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Take a pan and melt the butter in it. Add onions, crushed garlic, lemon peels, bay leaves and marjoram. We stew all this under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, put it in a pot with vegetables, pour in the broth. You need to add salt and pepper to your taste. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Pour the finished soup onto plates. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice. Do not forget to remove the lemon peels from the soup. Bon appetit!
