Apple fritters are a great breakfast for those who love culinary experiments but don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. They can be prepared when you run out of your usual ingredients and want something new. This recipe is very simple and affordable, and the taste of apple fritters will appeal to your whole family.
First, you need to properly prepare the fruit. Take three medium apples, wash them well, and then peel them. Of course, you can skip this step, but then the peel will create extra stiffness in the pulp. Also, remove the core from the apples and grate them on a large grater. After that, you need to squeeze out the excess juice from the apples.

It is convenient to do this through cheesecloth, but if you don’t have one, then you can do it with your palms. But in no case ignore this stage, as excess juice can make the dough too watery. If you add more flour, the pancakes will turn out too dense and even a little “rubbery”.
Once the excess moisture has been squeezed out, add 1 egg, a tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and 2-3 tablespoons of flour to the apples. At first, add only 2 tablespoons, then mix everything well, and then add another one if necessary. You should also add a little cinnamon to the apple crumble, which will go perfectly here.

Place the pan over medium heat, add a thin layer of oil and wait until the surface is well heated. Then use a spoon to spread the dough in the form of small pancakes. Fry the pancakes for a few minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
It is best to serve the pancakes warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzled with honey. You can also add bran to the dough if you wish to make the dish healthier, or chopped nuts for a nice crunch. Raisins for sweetness or ginger for spiciness are also great additions.
