Ingredients
- pork liver - 300 g;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 300 g;
- oil - 30 ml;
- dill;
- salt.
How to cook
Cut the liver and soak for 10 minutes. Then put in boiling water with salt. After boiling, cook for another 40 minutes. Boil the eggs and carrots.
The liver should cool down. Then grate it. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
Place the grated liver on a plate. Make a mayonnaise net and add a little salt. Chop the onion and fry in oil. When cool, place in a layer on the liver. Next, place the cucumbers. Make a mayonnaise net.
Grate the egg whites and carrots. Place on the salad and spread with mayonnaise again.
Grate the yolks – they will be the last layer of the salad. Sprinkle the sides with green dill for decoration.
Place the finished salad in the refrigerator for a few hours. Enjoy!
