For cooking, take:
- 170 g butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 15 g of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 / 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
First, you need to beat soft butter with sugar with a mixer, then add eggs and salt. Raisins should be steamed before adding to the dough (pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain).
Mix flour with baking powder, add to all ingredients. The dough is easy to mix with a spoon, it is soft and thick.
Put no more than 1/2 of the dough into the molds, as it rises well. It is necessary to bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
